This is terrific for a company dinner

Ingredients

4 lbs solid veal
flour
salt
pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, peeled
3 cups water
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons paprika
2 small jars pimiento

Directions

Cut meat into 2-inch pieces and roll in seasoned flour.
